This Poway custom home design is for a near tear down of a 1960's home. The three-story retreat provides 11' ceilings, atriums, gourmet galley style kitchen, 30' slide-away lift-n-slide door, an infinity-edge pool, expansive wood beams, cantilevered decks & overhangs, a yoga & gym retreat, and numerous other architectural features that set this home apart from your average bear.

Neptune Concept X has been BUILT! The new  3,000+ SF home comprises numerous custom architectural details and design sure to impress. It will turn some heads along Encinitas's busy Neptune Avenue. Located in Pacific Beach, California, sk7 worked with the homeowners to develop a transformative remodel and third-story addition to a 1970's home. The contemporary design with some coastal influences inspired the contemporary coastal architectural design.

The homeowners sought a sleek, modern, complementary addition and remodel to their home in Sunset Cliffs, San Diego.  Numerous existing conditions and code considerations made the design challenging but sk7's vision & creativity has achieved the owner's goals and then some.

Built! An old home in Pacific Beach, CA is undergoing a significant transformation with a second-story addition and extensive remodel. To bypass the need for a Coastal Development Permit, the project cleverly employed the 50% rule. The main objective was to create a refined space that catered to the relaxation and entertainment needs of a young couple.

One notable feature of this renovation is the addition of a roof deck, strategically designed to capitalize on breathtaking ocean views and provide a panoramic vantage point over Pacific Beach. This rooftop oasis offers the perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying the surrounding beauty.

A new custom home designed for a family and an empty pan handle-shaped lot in Carlsbad, California. Unfortunately, the rising construction costs and delays in the lot split have put this project on hold.  Fingers crossed that this beautiful custom home gets built down the road.
